The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing a baby crib upon request and allowing early check-in and late check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the view from my balcony was breathtaking and peaceful. the bed was super cozy, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. the breakfast had many delicious options, and it was excellent preparation for my busy day at work. the location was perfect, close to the hiking trails and easy to drive. I also appreciated that the hotel had free parking and complimentary bottled water in the room.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room and noisy bathroom I was disappointed that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, as I prefer to have these amenities at hand. the bathroom had a weird design, and the toilet was noisy.

Spent Xmas in a hotel with a beautiful lake view and quality furniture. Lovely trails for hiking. Free use of bicycles was a great plus. Beds & bedding were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and large with a good hot shower.

The restaurant was overcrowded and the staff wasn't very attentive. The food we had on Christmas day was substandard and lacked seasoning.
